| 摘 要： | 采用ＰＣＲ－ＳＳＣＰ（ＰｏｌｙｍｅｒａｓｅＣｈａｉｎＲｅａｃｔｉｏｎ－ＳｉｎｇｌｅＳｔｒａｎｄＣｏｎｆｏｒｍａｔｉｏｎＰｏｌｙｍｏｒｐｈｉｓｍ）作为遗传标记，对二花脸猪ＦＳＨβ亚基位点与产仔数性状的关系进行了研究。二花脸猪在被扩增位点有较大的变异，而在作为对照品种的大约克猪中则完全纯合。两品种在该位点基因频率差异显著。以标记基因型为因子，分别对二花脸猪群体的头胎产仔数、头三胎产仔数之和以及最高产仔数进行方差分析。结果表明，该标记位点与产仔数性状显著相关，其贡献率达到１０％以上。本文还就产仔数指标的选择作了讨论。

| Abstract: | The relation between FSH subunit locus and litter size in the Erhualian pigs was studied by means of PCRSSCP in this paper.The Large White pigs were used as a control breed.Various genotypes were found in the Erhualian pigs,while only one type in the Large White pigs.The gene frequency was much different between two breeds at this locus.Variance analysis of litter size at the first parity,the sum of the first three parities and the largest parity was done in various genotypes of the Erhualian pigs.The result indicated that there was high linkage between the PCRSSCP marker and litter size.A discuss on how to select a good index for litter size was given as well. |
