| 摘 要： | 外来物种入侵已成为世界各国当前所要面临的重大问题之一，其对各国经济、生态和人民的生命财产安全都造成了严重的威胁。而中国当前对外来物种入侵的立法还存在诸多漏洞，无法使外来物种入侵得到有效规制。本文将立足于国际化的视角，通过分析美日等主要国家在外来物种入侵领域的立法，对完善我国防治外来物种入侵的法律制度提出相关的建议。

Legal Issues of Exotic Species Invasion |

| Abstract: | Exotic species invasion has become one of the most serious problems all over the world which causes severe threat to economy, biodiversity and safety of human property and health of all countries. However, legislation evolving this field in China is not perfect enough to prevent exotic species invasion effectively. From the perspective of internationalization, this essay will put forward some suggestions on how to improve the legislation of exotic species invasion in China by analyzing the legislation of the United States and Japan on preventing exotic species invasion. |
