| 摘 要： | 针对公路建设造成的环境影响,综述了发达国家在公路生态环境保护与恢复建设的经验教训,并在对我国公路建设生态环境保护制度建设、技术发展、管理体制问题等综合分析基础上,提出了我国公路生态环境保护发展思路。

| Abstract: | To protect and restore the environment deriving from highway construction, foreign and domestic technology on ectenvironment protection and restoration were reviewed ,based on which general measures including regulation drafting, technology exploration and management tactics relating to highway eco-environment construction was given. |
