| Abstract: | The active and negative effects of rural enterprise development is discussed in this paper,with a suggestion put forward to optimized the enterprises constructure by applying environmental sound techniques.Based on analysis of the potential in applying the environment sound techniques,some measures of poverty alleviation by development of rural enterprises were studied. |
