农业生产中耕地使用的环境道德问题

耕地作为粮食生产的天然载体,是一种重要的战略资源,耕地资源的可持续利用是我国可持续发展的基本保证。我国的耕地使用现状令人担忧,该研究从道德的角度来审视农业生产中耕地使用的道德问题,分析了导致耕地退化、面积减少以及生态恶化的道德失范行为,在此基础上提出了树立环境道德观念、注重环境道德的宣传教育以及制定相关的法律法规来缓解耕地使用危机的道德实践途径。通过道德的手段来倡导合理开发利用土地为核心的各种农业自然资源,保护农业生态环境,满足人类日益增长的多种食物的需要。

Environmental and Ethical Issues in Use of Cultivated Land in Agricultural Production

The cultivated land is a kind of important strategic resource as a natural vehicle for food production.Sustainable use of land resources is a basic guarantee for sustainable development of China.Current status of China＇ s cultivated land is worrying.From the ethical perspective,this paper analyzed the causes of land degradation,area reduction and ecological deterioration of the immoral behavior.Based on these,it proposed setting up the concept of environment ethics,paying attention to propaganda and education of environmental ethics and formulation of relevant laws and regulations,to alleviate the crisis of cultivated land use in moral practice.It is expected to promote the rational development and utilization of land as the core of a variety of agricultural natural resources,the protection of agricultural ecological environment,to meet the demands of human for diversified foods.
