| 摘 要： | 以移栽二年生慈竹新生嫩枝为材料，通过喷洒GA3，研究其对慈竹木质素和纤维素含量动态积累及PAL活性的调控作用。结果表明，不同浓度GA3处理对木质素含量动态积累的调控效应不同，GA3处理可以改变慈竹木质素含量积累动态，较低浓度GA3具有降低木质素含量的作用。低浓度的GA3处理具有降低PAL活性的作用。不同浓度GA3处理对慈竹纤维素含量动态积累具有调控作用，100mg·L^-1 GA3处理的纤维素含量动态积累在试验范围内呈上升的趋势，而50mg·L^-1 GA3处理纤维素含量的积累则呈先上升而后下降的趋势。相关分析结果表明，GA3浓度与慈竹纤维素含量间呈极显著正相关（r=0.9983），木质素含量与PAL活性间呈极显著正相关（r=0.8311）。
