| 摘 要： | 阐述了目前信息技术普及的新信息环境下,高校电子阅览室在服务中所遇到的问题,并对这些问题的成因进行了分析,然后构建了一套完整的创新性信息服务策略以应对新信息环境的挑战。希望能够对高校图书馆电子阅览室建设和发展有所裨益。
