This paper discusses the basic content of forestry information and the problems in information construction,and pointes out the key factors in reengineering of forest industry system in Heilongjiang province of China.To the current forest,the traditional division should be transform firstly,and traditional organize system should be transform also.Therefore,sharing of resources,improving the quality of management,economic and social benefits will be gained by raising the level of information and the utilization rate of resources in forestry enterprises.
