| Abstract: | Ultrastructural comparative studies on Marek's disease(MD),lymphocytic leukemia(LL)and reticuloendotheliosis(RE)were performed by electron-microscopy.The results showed that thecharacteristics of MD were pleomorphism of cells,the main compositions were lymphoblasts,small andmedium-sized lymphocytes,reticular cells,histiocytes and regressed Marek's cells.Morphologic features ofLL were the homomorphic lymphoblastic cells and nuclear pockets;the morphologic characteristics of REwere the homomorphic reticular cells with long processes extenting from several directions. |
