六盘山鸡爪大黄茎蒽醌类化合物组织化学定位的研究

摘    要:目的]为了系统掌握六盘山鸡爪大黄茎蒽醌类化合物的分布特征。方法]以3年生不同成熟时期的六盘山鸡爪大黄茎为实验材料,采用组织化学方法研究了其蒽醌类化合物的组织化学定位特征及贮藏和积累的规律。结果]随着茎的不断成熟,在茎的表皮、近表皮的1~2层皮层细胞及较内部皮层中,不同程度地增加贮藏和积累了一定数量的蒽醌类化合物,成为茎外部贮藏和积累蒽醌类化合物的主要结构部位。成熟茎大型维管束的维管束鞘、初生韧皮部、初生木质部等组织和髓射线细胞分布了比幼茎多的蒽醌类化合物。结论]蒽醌类化合物在茎中的分布是多位点的,随着茎发育程度的不同,其表皮、皮层、维管束和髓射线中蒽醌类化合物的分布表现出不同的特点。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to master the distribution characteristics of anthraquinone compounds in the stem of Rheum tanguticum Maxim.et Balf.Var. liupanshanertse Cheng et kao systemically. Method] With 3-year-old Rheum tanguticum in different maturation stages as test materials, the characteristics of histochemical location and the storage and accumulation laws of its anthraquinone compounds were studied by histochemical methods. Result] With the gradual maturity of the stem, a certain number of anthraquinone compounds were stored and accumulated to different degree in the stem epidermis, 1 - 2 layers of cortical cells near epidennis and the inner cortex, which became the main structure for storage and accumulation anthraquinone compounds in external of the stem. More anthraquinone compounds was distributed in pith my cells and the tissues of mature stem such as bundle sheaths in large-scale vascular bundle, pri,nary phloem and primary xylem than that in young stem. Conclusion] The distribution of anthraquinone compounds in the stem was of multilocus. With the different development degree of the stem, the distributions of anthraquinone compounds showed different characteristics in the epidermis, cortex, vascular bundle and pith rays.
