箬叶总黄酮提取方法的研究

摘    要:分别用水浴和超声2种方法提取箬叶中的总黄酮。通过单因素水平试验和正交试验,确定最佳浸提剂为乙醇;水浴最佳提取条件:乙醇体积分数85%,回流时间3h,液-固比20:1,水浴温度85℃;超声最佳提取条件:乙醇体积分数85%,超声时间30min,液-固比20:1;且超声方法优于水浴方法。在最佳提取条件下,测定箬叶总黄酮含量,冬季采摘的叶为1.92%,夏季采摘的叶为1.38%。

Abstract:Total flavonoids of Indocalamus leaves were extracted by water bath and supersonic.By using single factor and orthogonal designs,it was confirmed that the optimum solvent was ethanol.The optimum extraction condition for water bath was 85 % volume fraction of ethanol,3 h bath time,20:1 liquid-solid ratio and 85 ℃.The optimum extraction condition for supersonic was 85 % volume fraction of ethanol,30 min supersonic time and 20:1 liquid-solid ratio.The method of water bath was better than supersonic.Total flavonoids of Indocalamus latifolius leaves were determined under the optimum condition,which was 1.92 % in winter and 1.38 % in summer.
