| 摘 要： | 微生物发酵饲料是一种利用有益微生物将农业与食品加工副产物进行发酵后制备的新型饲料原料,其适口性好、价格低廉、营养价值相对较高。微生物发酵饲料已被证明能提高动物的生产性能和养殖效益并普遍应用于单胃动物生产中,但其在反刍动物生产中应用还比较少,且对微生物发酵饲料中菌种的具体作用机制和方式的研究还不成熟。本文综述了微生物发酵饲料的作用机理、微生物发酵对饲粮营养成分的影响、影响微生物发酵饲料品质的因素及其在反刍动物生产中的应用。

| Abstract: | Microbial fermented feed is a kind of feed resource with good palatability, low price and high nutritional value. Microbial fermented feed has been widely used in monogastric animal production and has been proved to improve animal performance and aquaculture benefits, but it is still less used in ruminant production. Moreover, the research on the specific action mechanism and mode of microbial fermentation feed is not mature. This paper reviews the mechanism of microbial fermented feed, the effect of microbial fermentation on the nutrient content of the diet, the factors affecting the quality of the microbial fermented feed and its application in ruminants production. |
