| 摘 要： | 采用静水试验法，用PVP-碘对南美白对虾无节幼体进行了急性毒性试验。试验结果表明：PVP-碘对南美白对虾无节幼体的24h及40h半致死浓度分别为8.737mg/L及6.512mg/L，其安全浓度为0.65mg/L。

| Abstract: | The acute toxicity of PVP - lodophors to nauplii of whiteleg shrimp Penaeus vannamei was studied with static bioassay test. The experimental data showed that LC50 values (medium lethal concentration) of PVP- lodophors for nauplii of Penaeus vannamei in 24h and 40h were 8.737mg/l and 6. 512mg/L, respectively. The SC value (safe concentration) was 0.65mg/L. |
