不同诱食剂对泥鳅诱食活性的研究

近年来,促摄物质的研究取得了一定进展,显著增加了养殖对象的摄食量,提高了饲料的利用率,进而降低了养殖成本,提高了养殖效益.本试验以泥鳅为研究对象,用四角蛤蜊粗提物、甘氨酸、组氨酸、谷氨酸作为诱食剂进行了诱食活性的研究.统计分析显示,四角蛤蜊粗提物和组氨酸表现出较强的诱食促生长作用,单一的甘氨酸或谷氨酸对泥鳅没有诱食活性.

Study on feeding attraction activities of food attractants for loach

In recent years, the great progress was made in the research of food attractants for fish. Using food attractants can improve the amount of ingestion, and increase the utilization ratio of the food. And then farming benefit arise with the result of low final cost. In this experiment Mac-tra Veneriforznis extract and three kinds of amino acids were employed to research the feeding attraction for loach (Misgurnus anguillicaudatus). The experiment was divided into two parts, using the different method. The results were analyzed with t-test. Finally, the M. Veneriforznis extract and histidine showed a high feeding attraction activity for loach. Single glycin or glutamic acid showed no feeding attraction activity.
