关于农药登记管理几个问题的思考

伴随着"新四化",我国农药管理也正步入新的阶段,农药登记工作作为农药管理链条的重要元素和第一关口,承载着发展现代农业、保障主要农产品有效供给及消费安全、促进农业可持续发展的重任,越来越受到社会的关注。本文就农药登记管理中的登记政策导向、登记试验管理、风险评估应用、残留标准制定及农药标签管理、知识产权保护等当期热点问题进行了初步思考和探讨,以期为我国农药管理提供参考。

Thinking on Several Problems of Pesticide Registration and Management

With the ＂ new four modernizations＂, pesticide management is entering a new era.As one critical part of and first entrance to the circle of pesticide management, pesticide registration bears the burden of the development of modern agriculture, the effective supply and safety of main agro-products, and the sustainable development of agriculture, which has attracted more and more attentions of the society. In this paper, the issues arising from pesticide registration and management, such as the protection of intellectual property rights, registration test management,risk assessment and application, residue standards setting and pesticide label management, were considered and discussed initiatively, so as to provide references for China pesticide management.
