摘    要:目的]制备适用于气相色谱仪期间核查时使用的3种农药标准工作液并对其量值不确定度进行评定.方法]针对气相色谱仪期间核查需求,以农残检测常见农药品种六氯苯、马拉硫磷和治螟磷为研究对象,以国家农药标准物质为原料,采用容量法研制了农药标准工作液.标准工作液分别通过配置了电子捕获检测器(ECD)、火焰光度检测器(FPD)和氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)的气相色谱仪进行均匀性和稳定性检验,并在浓度赋值后,从原料、制备过程、均匀性和稳定性几方面进行了量值不确定度的评定.结果]3种标准工作液质量浓度分别为0.1、10.0、100.0 mg/L,扩展相对不确定度分别为2.640%、1.980%和2.400%(k=2).结论]为实验室开展仪器设备期间核查提供了技术支持.

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to prepare standard work-solution of three pesticides for intermediate checks of GC and evaluate the uncertainty.Method] To meet the requirement of intermediate checks for gas chromatograph,with Hexachlorobenzene,Malathion and Sulfotep which are the common pesticide varieties during pesticide residues testing as the research objects,using the certified reference materials as raw material,pesticides standard work-solution was developed by volumetric method.After the homogeneity and stability testing by respectively using the gas chromatograph with configuring Electron Capture Detector(ECD),Flame Photometric Detector(FPD) and Flame Ionization Detector(FID),the concentration of standard work-solution was certified and the uncertainty was evaluated from the aspects of raw material,preparation,homogeneity and stability.Result] The concentration of three kinds of standard work-solution was 0.1 mg/L,10.0 mg/L and 100.0 mg/L respectively,and the expanded relative uncertainty was 2.640%,1.980% and 2.400% (k =2).Conclusion] The results provide reference for developing intermediate checks of instrument and equipment in Labs.
