从造林绿化看陕西的生态环境建设

在生态环境保护与建设中,植树造林、退耕还林和生态重建是极为重要的,不但可以改善生态环境,还能产生经济效益。近年来,我国的造林绿化事业以前所未有的速度发展,森林覆盖率大幅度提高,生态环境明显改善。为加快实现生态省的建设步伐,有必要以生态建设为重点,加大造林绿化林草经营的工作力度。
