套袋对红富士苹果果实品质和农药残留的影响

选用双层纸袋、单层纸袋和塑膜袋3种果袋,研究了套袋对红富士苹果果实品质和农药残留的影响。结果表明,套纸袋能明显改善红富士苹果果实的外观品质,尤其是能增加果皮中花青苷含量,提高果实着色指数,降低果皮的粗糙程度和果锈,但套袋有减少单果重、增加日灼和促进黑点病的发生。套袋对果实硬度影响较小,其中双层纸袋和塑膜袋的硬度都较对照小,单层纸袋的硬度大于对照。套袋果的可溶性固形物及可滴定酸含量较对照有所降低,其中可滴定酸含量的下降幅度大,套单层纸袋的可滴定酸含量与对照相比下降27.8%。套袋果实的辛硫磷含量未检出,符合NY5011-2001国家农业行业标准无公害食品苹果的要求,而未套袋苹果的辛硫磷含量超出国家标准。

The effect of bagging on the quality and pesticide residual of Red Fuji apple

The effect of bagging on the quality and pesticide residual of Red Fuji apple were tested by using double paper bag,single paper bag and plastic bag.The result showed that fruit bagging can improve Fuji apple outside quality significantly,especially on great increase in Anthocyanin content and color index and on decrease in fruit rough index and russet index,but bagging decreased fruit weight slightly and increased sunburn and black spot occurrence.Fruit bagging had little effect on fruit firmness,in which double paper bags and plastic bag had lower firmness content and single paper bag had higher firmness content in comparison to the control.Fruit bagging decreased soluble solids concentration and titratable acidity compared with the control,especially in titratable acidity,titratable acidity in single bag was decreased by (27.8%).Fruit phoxim in bags haven't determined by instrument that meet the national agricultural standard of green apple fruit (NY5011-2001),But phoxim content in control was slight higher than the national standard.
