赤霉素浸种对苦荞种子萌发生理特性的影响

摘    要:研究了赤霉素浸种对苦荞种子萌发生理特性的影响。结果表明:不同浓度的GA浸种可以提高苦荞种子的发芽势、发芽率和活力指数;GA浸种可以提高苦荞种子的脱氢酶、过氧化氢酶和过氧化物酶的活性;低浓度的GA处理可以提高苦荞芽苗的产量和品质,高浓度的GA处理可以提高苦荞芽菜的产量、维生素C和黄酮含量略有降低。

Abstract:The effect of GA seed soaking on germination and physiological characteristics of buckwheat seeds was study in the paper. The results showed that: the germination of buckwheat seeds soaked by different concentration GA was improved. The GA of different concentration could improve the germination rate, germination index and the vigor index of buckwheat seeds. GA could improve the activity of dehydrogenase ,catalase and peroxidase of buckwheat seeds. The lower concentration GA could increase production and quality of buckwheat sprouts. The higher concentration GA could increase the production and the content of Vitamin C and the content of flavonoids were decreased.
