农作物秸秆的综合利用

摘    要:详细介绍了几种农作物秸秆预处理方法:物理法处理、化学处理、蒸爆处理和生物降解,并比较它们的优缺点。处理后农作物秸秆的综合利用主要介绍了利用秸秆生产酒精和高附加值的功能性食品:低聚木糖和膳食纤维,并对它们的制备方法作了介绍。文章最后介绍了一种新的预处理方法和它的优点。

Abstract:Four types of pretreatments of agricultural straws was reported in the article: physical pretreatment, chemical pretreatment, steam explosion pretreatment and bio-pretreatment. The advantages and disadvantages of the pretreatments of agricultural straws were also discussed. The comprehensive utilizations of agricultural straws after pretreatment included the preparations of alcohol and high valued functional foods: xylo-oligosaccharides and dietary fiber. Finally, a new type of pretreatment and its advantages were reported.
