三峡库区“四化”同步推进的途径与对策

本文对三峡库区工业化、信息化、城镇化、农业现代化同步推进进行了实证分析,发现库区"四化"同步发展存在城镇化滞后于工业化,农业现代化水平低和工业支撑能力不足的问题。提出了以新型城镇化理念加快推进库区城镇化,以特色生态农业提升农业现代化水平,以新型工业实现库区工业生态化,并同步推进信息化的"四化"同步发展途径。从加快区域性中心城市和小城镇建设、大力构建新型农业经营体系、科学选择工业主导产业和大力发展战略性新兴产业四个方面提出对策建议。

Research on Ways and Countermeasures of Co-ordinate Promotion of Industrialization,

This paper analyzed the co-ordinate promotion of industrialization, IT application, urbanization, agricultural modernization in Three Gorges Reservoir. It found Three Gorges Reservoir Area's urbanization lags industrialization, low level of agricultural modernization, lack of industrial support capacity. It gave ways for reservoir to accelerating urbanization, improve characteristics and ecologic agricultural, achieve ecology industrial, and synchronize promote IT application. Finally, it points out countermeasures of simultaneous development, speed up the regional central cities and small towns, vigorously to build a new agricultural management system, scientific selection of industry leading industries and vigorously develop strategic emerging industries.
