山银花皂苷提取条件优化研究

摘    要:首次建立山银花中灰毡毛忍冬皂苷乙和川续断皂苷乙的最佳提取工艺。采用单因素试验和正交试验考察提取溶剂浓度、提取时间、提取温度、料液比对灰毡毛忍冬皂苷乙和川续断皂苷乙的影响。结果表明,两种皂苷的最佳提取工艺条件如下:以浓度为90%的乙醇溶液作为提取剂,回流时间为120 min,料液比为1∶10(m∶V),回流温度为80℃,该条件下灰毡毛忍冬皂苷乙与川续断皂苷乙的总提取率可达到7.9%。

Abstract:The optimal technology for extracting macranthoidin B and dipsacoside B from wild honeysuckle flower was established for the first time.Single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment were used to investigate the influences of extracting solvent concentration,extracting time,extracting temperature and material-liquid ratio on extracting efficiency of macranthoidin B and dipsacoside B.The results showed that when concentration of ethanol,extracting time,material-liquid ratio and extracting temperature were 90%,120 min,1∶10(m∶V) and 80℃,respectively,the total extraction rate of macranthoidin B and dipsacoside B can reach 7.9%.
