压弯组合中的变形问题

摘    要:大多数材料力学教科书在涉及压弯组合的强度计算时,一般忽略轴向压力对最大弯矩和最大挠度的影响。对于弯曲刚度较大而轴力较小的杆件,这种忽略是允许的,但当弯曲刚度较小而轴力较大时,则必须考虑轴力对弯矩和挠度的影响。从分析挠曲线近似微分方程,认为轴向压力与工程可容许的误差一般小于或等于5%时,可忽略其对最大弯矩和最大挠度的影响。

Abstract:Most textbooks on mechanics of materials once involving the intensity calculation of bend combination,generally the impact of axial pressure on largest curved square and the largest deflection is neglected.As for the pole which the crooked rigidity is heavy and axial strength is little relatively,this neglection could be allowed.However,when crooked rigidity is little and axial strength is heavy,the impact of axial pressure on curved square and the deflection must be considered.From the viewpoint of scratching approximate differential equation of curve,it can be thought that the tolerable error of axial pressure and project is less than or equal to 5 %,the impact on the largest curved square and the largest deflection can be neglected.
