摘    要:以文心兰茎尖为外植体,通过基本培养基(MS、1/2MS、1/2 N6)、植物激素(6BA、NAA)、培养条件(有机添加物、糖、培养物状态)等关键因子对文心兰丛生芽诱导、增殖、生根各培养阶段影响的试验,探讨了文心兰以丛生芽途径再生植株的关键技术.结果表明:茎尖诱导丛生芽较适培养基配方为1/2 MS+6BA 2.0 mg·L-1 +NAA 0.1 mg·L-1,诱导率为84.6%;丛生芽在MS+6BA 2.0 mg·L-1 +NAA 0.1 mg·L-1 +蔗糖30 g·L-1培养基中增殖效果较好,增殖系数为5.5;株高2.0~3.0 cm的试管苗是丛生芽增殖的最佳培养材料;生根培养基适宜配方为1/2MS+IBA0.5 mg·L-1 +苹果汁100 g·L-1 +活性碳0.5 g·L-1 +蔗糖20 g·L-1,生根率为100%.
