| 摘 要： | 文章针对我国高校科研项目管理的情况,分析了科研项目及科研成果存在的技术性质量问题,并借鉴美国环保署项目管理经验,结合我国高校科研管理情况,以管理角色视角从项目课题组、高校科研管理部门、项目主管部门等管理主体入手,对保障高校科研项目质量,实施科研项目全过程的实时监督管理新模式进行了探索。
