| 摘 要： | 在对江苏省城市化进程和房地产业发展阶段进行判断的基础上,分析了房地产业与城市化发展阶段的同步性规律,进一步阐明该省房地产业与城市化的互动关系,针对目前存在的城市化和房地产业发展失调的负面效应,提出了促进江苏省城市化与房地产业良性互动的发展对策,以为该省城市化与房地产业的互动发展提供参考。

| Abstract: | Based on the judgment of urbanization process and real estate industry development stage of Jiangsu province,the paper analyzed the synchronism rule between real estate industry and urbanization development phase,and further expounded the interactive relations between real estate industry and urbanization.In view of the negative effect about urbanization and real estate industry development being out of balance at present,it gave countermeasures of promoting benign interactive development between urbanization and real estate industry,so as to provide references for interactive development between urbenization and real estate industry of Jiangsu province. |
