| 摘 要： | 苔藓植物种类繁多，分布广泛，资源丰富，但目前对苔藓的研究才刚刚起步，苔藓的许多应用价值尚未得到开发。根据国内外相关研究，综述了苔藓植物的应用价值，并就苔藓植物在组织培养方面的研究进展进行概述，介绍了苔藓植物组织培养的研究简史。同时，对苔藓植物培养材料、消毒方法、基本培养基和培养条件的研究进行了总结分析。建议加强苔藓植物生理、生化方面的研究，发掘苔藓的应用价值，并加强对苔藓快繁体系的研究，建立苔藓植物组织培养的快繁体系。对苔藓组织培养的应用前景进行了展望。参61
