套袋对Irwin芒成熟过程中果实着色的影响

研究了不同果袋（牛皮纸袋和白色单层果袋）对Irwin芒果实成熟过程中果皮色素及果皮、果肉色泽的影响。结果表明：Irwin芒在成熟过程中果皮叶绿素、花青苷含量降低,类胡萝卜素、类黄酮含量升高,总酚含量变化不明显,不同果袋间,叶绿素、类胡萝卜素、花青苷、类黄酮含量,均以白色单层果袋明显高于牛皮纸袋：果皮和果肉色彩浓度均以白色单层果袋高于牛皮纸袋,而果皮亮度却低于牛皮纸袋,果皮色相角度、果肉亮度、果肉色相角度不同果袋间差异不显著,使白色单层果袋果在采收时果皮呈绿色带紫红晕,完熟时果皮呈黄色带橙红晕,牛皮纸袋果果皮采收时呈绿色,完熟时呈黄色,2种果袋的果肉在采收时呈绿黄色,完熟时呈橙黄色。

Effects of Bagging on Coloration Quality of 'Irwin' Mango Fruits during Riping
