摘    要:研究了不同果袋(牛皮纸袋和白色单层果袋)对Irwin芒果实成熟过程中果皮色素及果皮、果肉色泽的影响。结果表明:Irwin芒在成熟过程中果皮叶绿素、花青苷含量降低,类胡萝卜素、类黄酮含量升高,总酚含量变化不明显,不同果袋间,叶绿素、类胡萝卜素、花青苷、类黄酮含量,均以白色单层果袋明显高于牛皮纸袋:果皮和果肉色彩浓度均以白色单层果袋高于牛皮纸袋,而果皮亮度却低于牛皮纸袋,果皮色相角度、果肉亮度、果肉色相角度不同果袋间差异不显著,使白色单层果袋果在采收时果皮呈绿色带紫红晕,完熟时果皮呈黄色带橙红晕,牛皮纸袋果果皮采收时呈绿色,完熟时呈黄色,2种果袋的果肉在采收时呈绿黄色,完熟时呈橙黄色。

Abstract:This experiment was carried out to study the effects of different bags(kraft paper bags and Single white bags) on peel pigment and skin colors and pulp colors of Irwin mango during normal temperature storage after harvesting.The results showed that with the fruits ripening,skin pigment such as the content of chlorophyll,anthocyanin decreased and the content of carotenoids,flavonoid increased during riping.With regard to the different bags,the contents of chlorophyll,carotenoids,anthocyanin and flavonoid of ...
