| 摘 要： | 慈溪市农业局实施农业部"三电合一"农业信息服务试点项目以来,实施了语音平台建设、网站平台开发、电视节目制作、改造网络等工程,推广"三电合一",使农业信息服务功能进一步完善,农民得到了实惠.但在实施过程中,还存在着农民的应用水平有待提高、系统分散难以共享等问题,并提出了对策.

| Abstract: | After implementing the project of "uniting television,computer and telephone as one" from the National Agriculture Department,Cixi Agriculture Bureau has carried out a series of measures:constructing phonetics platforms,developing network terraces,producing TV programs and popularizing the unity of television,computer and telephone.It consequently further consummates the agricultural information service and benefits farmers a lot.While at the same time,some problems are yet to be solved as applied capability among peasants is far from satisfactory and decentralized system renders an impossible resource sharing.Countermeasures are put forward in this paper so as to find ways out to crack the hard nuts. |
