| 摘 要： | 从对高校创新型人才的特征界定入手，概述新形势下高校创新型人才的培养目标，进而提出围绕该目标所构想的培养机制：更新创新型人才培养的观念、突出创新型人才的社会责任感教育、改革创新型人才培养的教学机制、优化创新型人才培养的外部环境、建立以创新教育为主导的教师评价机制、创设能使创新型人才脱颖而出的激励机制。

| Abstract: | Defining the characteristics of the innovative talents at colleges and universities, this paper puts forward the goal to bring up innovative talents at colleges and universities in the new situation, and the training mechanism to realize the goal, including updating the conception, attaching the importance to the education of innovative talents＇social responsibility, transforming the teaching mechanism, optimizing the external environment, establishing the teacher appraisal mechanism guided by innovation education, establishing a mechanism to encourage the development of innovative talents. |
