西瓜杂优利用中的配合力分析

摘    要:对7份西瓜亲本材料及其12个杂交组合的单瓜重和中心糖含量进行了亲本一般配合力(GCA)和杂交组合特殊配合力(SCA)的分析.结果表明,平均单瓜重亲本GCA方差占总遗传方差的25.62%,杂支组合SCA方差占总遗传方差的74.36%;中心糖含量的亲本GCA方差占总遗传方差的87.42%,组合SCA方差占总遣传方差的12.58%.选出了平均单瓜重和中心糖含量GCA相对效应值较高的亲本4份,SCA相对效应值较高的杂交组合1份.

Abstract:The general combining ability (GCA) of 7 parents and the specific combining ability (SCA) of 12 hybrids of watermelon were studied with 4×3 incomplete diallel cross.Per commercial fruit mean weight and sugar content in fruit centre,as two main economic characters,were used in the experiment.The GCA and SCA variance of per commercial fruit mean weight were 25.62% and 74.36% of the total genetic variance,respectively.This was shown that per commercial fruit mean weight was controlled by the dominant and epistatic effects of the genes,therefore,this character will be improved effectively by cross breeding.On the other hand,the GCA and SCA variance of the fruit central sugar content were 87.42% and 12.58% of the total genetic variance,respectively.Thus,this character was controlled mainly by the additive effect of the genes and will be improved effectively by systematic selection.Moreover,one parent having higher GCA of central sugar content and three parents having higher GCA of per commercial fruit mean weight were selected through this experiment,and they will be used in studying heterosis utilization.Also,one hybrid,having higher SCA of the per commercial fruit mean weight and central sugar content,has been utilizing in watermelon production.
