| 摘 要： | 通过高效液相色谱测定了江苏、安徽等地所产甜菊叶中莱饱迪甙A和总甙的含量,结果显示,,江苏产地甜菊叶中莱饱迪甙A含量达到9%左右明显高于其他产地;不同产地甜菊叶中莱饱迪甙A含量差异性的原因,除品种不同外,还与当地的土壤条件及气候有着密切的关系。在河北和天津地区试种的结果显示,甜菊叶在这2个地区的推广有着非常广阔的前景。

| Abstract: | Determined the contents of rebaudioside A of the Jiangsu,Anhui,etc by the HPLC and the results showed that the contents of rebaudioside A in stevia leaves produced by Jiangsu was higher than other places of origin,which RA content reached about 9%.The reason for the difference of content is because not only the advantages of variety but also the soil conditions and climate.The other regions in the Hebei and Tianjin test species showed that stevia leaf in the promotion of these areas has a very broad prospec... |
