摘    要:对东北主栽的李、杏、樱品种进行RAPD分子标记研究,建立了指纹图谱。RAPD分析结果表明:李的各主栽品种之间亲缘关系较近,而与黄干核李亲缘关系较远,这说明李各主栽品种间基因型相似;杏的各主栽品种间基因型相似;杏、樱亲缘关系较近,此二者与李亲缘关系较远。

Abstract:A study of RAPD molecular marker was carried out and a fingerprinting map was also made on plum,apricot and cherry mainly planted in the northeast of China.The results of RAPD showed that varieties of plum were near with each other in relationship and those plum's genotypes were similar,while they were far with "huangganhe" plum in relationship It was the same result in genotypes in apricot.Apricot and cherry in relationship were near with each other while they were far with plum.
