| 摘 要： | 选择400kg左右的南阳牛48头随机等数分为组，在相同基础日粮条件下，试验1组和试验2组的日粮中分别添加5mg/kg克伦特罗和2mg/kgF89，对照组不添加，经过47d的育肥试验，克伦特罗和F89组育肥牛的日增重分为0.98和0.78kg，比对照组相应提高了53.1%和218%；饲料转化效率也提高了，料重比分别比对照组降低52.9%和22.4%。克伦特罗使育肥牛的血清生长激素水平上升，T4水平下降。 |

| Abstract: | Nanyang yellow cattle bulls were divided into 3 groups to carry out a feeding trial for 47 days,with 5mg/kg Clenbuterol and 2 mg/kg F89 adding in rations for group l and group 2 respectively.The results showed that the daily gains of Clenbuterol group and F89 group were 0.98 and 0.78kg respectively ,which were higher than that of the control group by 53.1% and 21.8%.The ratio of concentrate to weight gain of Clenbuterol group and F89 group were 52.9% and 22.4% ,which is lower than that of the control group. It also indicated that Clenbuterol could increase the serum GH and decrease T 4 level. |
