| 摘 要： | 目的]研究草甘膦在云杉苗圃地的除草效果。方法]用10％草甘膦水剂的25、50、100倍液对云杉苗床进行灭草试验，比较不同处理的除草效果。结果]用药3d后，部分杂草开始变黄、枯萎；喷药后5、15、30,45d各处理总体防效分别为18．3％～51．4％、91．2％～94．6％、62．9％～74．1％和16．6％～40．2％；喷药后5d各处理对杂草的防效差异显著，喷药后15、30d各处理对杂草的防效差异不显著，喷药后15d防效最好；草甘膦25倍液的前期除草效果好于50、100倍液，灭草率在91．2％以上，且对苗木生长无影响。结论]草甘膦25倍液的除草效果最佳。
