风箱果幼苗对遮阴的形态适应性

摘    要:以1年生濒危植物风箱果幼苗为材料,采用人工遮阴方式设置CK(全光)、轻度遮阴(L_1,60%全光)和重度遮阴(L_2,20%全光)3种光环境,测定不同光环境下风箱果幼苗的生长表现、树冠结构、生物量积累和分配等,分析风箱果幼苗对不同遮阴环境的形态适应性。结果表明:L_1促进了苗高的生长,L_2抑制了苗高的生长,遮阴显著增大了冠幅(P0.05),显著减少了地径和叶片数量(P0.05);遮阴对1级侧枝直径影响显著(P0.05),对1级侧枝长、1级侧枝密度、1级侧枝分枝角度、2级侧枝长、2级侧枝密度等树冠结构指标影响不显著(P0.05);遮阴显著减少了根生物量、茎生物量、叶生物量和总生物量(P0.05),特别是L_2时,分别比CK减少了80.6%、61.1%、70.3%和71.8%。

Morphological Adaptation of Physocarpus amurensis Seedlings to Shade
Abstract:To study adaptability of endangered plant Physocarpus amurensis seedlings under different shading environment,we measured the growth performance,crown structure,biomass accumulation and allocation of 1-a seedlings through three intensities of artificial shading (control (full light,CK),moderate shading (60% of full light,L1) and heavy shading (20% of full light,L2)).The results showed that L1 promoted the height growth of seedlings,and L2 inhibited the height growth of seedlings.The shading had resulted in significant increase crown width (P<0.05),and significant decrease basal diameter,and leaf number (P<0.05).The effect of shading on the collar diameter of first order branch were significant (P< 0.05),and other crown structure indicators (average length of first order branch,density of first order branch,angle of branch of first order branch,average length of second order branch,density of second order branch) were not significant (P>0.05).The shading had resulted in significant decrease for the biomass of root,stem,leaf and plant (P<0.05),especially L2,decreased by 80.6%,61.1%,70.3% and 71.8%,respectively,compared to CK.
