摘    要:目的]建立高效液相色谱法快速测定6种有机酸的方法.方法]采用Ultimate C<,18>色谱柱(4.6 × 250mm,5 μm),流动相为磷酸盐缓冲溶液(pH2.0),流速0.5 mL/min,检测波长210 nm.结果]建立了酒石酸、苹果酸、抗坏血酸、乳酸、乙酸、柠檬酸的高效液相色谱分析方法.测得相对标准偏差为1.38;~4.43;,检出限为0.012~2.291 mg/L,有机酸回收率为89.7;~105.8;.结论]该方法分析速度快,具有较高的重现性及灵敏度,适用于葡萄中有机酸的测定分析.

Abstract:【Objective】A method for rapid determination of 6 organic acids with high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was developed.【Method】The wavelength of 210 nm were detected by use of a Ultimate C18 column(4.6×250 mm,5μ m),using phosphate buffer solution(pH2.0) as mobile phase at the flow rate of 0.5 mL/min .【Result】A method of HPLC determination for Tartaric acid,Malic acid,Ascorbic acid,Lactic acid,Acetic acid and Citric acid was developed.The relative standard deviations(RSD) was 1.38%-4.43% and the limits of detection was 0.012-2.291 mg/L.The recovery rate of the organic acids were 89.7%-105.8%.【Conclusion】The method was fast,reproducible and practical for the routine analysis of organic acids in grape.
