桃黑斑病病原菌的分离及致病性鉴定

摘    要:目的]明确桃黑斑病的病原菌。方法]对采自秦安桃园的病果、病枝采用常规组织分离法进行多批次分离和纯化培养,获得T-1、T-2、T-3、T-4共4株菌,按照柯赫式法则对所得菌株进行致病性测定。结果]T-3、T-4这2株菌具有致病性,经初步鉴定分别是半知菌类丛梗孢目暗梗孢科砖隔孢亚科交链孢霉属(Alternaria Nees ex Wallr.)和半知菌类丛梗孢目暗梗孢科枝孢属(Cladosporium sp.)。结论]试验结果为有效防治桃黑斑病提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to clear the pathogens of peach black spot.Method] We obtained four strains like T-1, T-2, T-3 and T-4 by conventional tissue isolation batch separation and purification of culture the diseased branches and the fruits which collected from peach garden of Qin'an, and then determined them in accordance with the Koch Rule.Result] The strains T-3 and T-4 were pathogenic, and they belonged to imperfect fungi, bushy stems spore head, dark stems spore Branch, brick separated spore subfamily, Alternaria spp.(Alternaria Nees ex Wallr.) and imperfect fungi, clump stems spore head dark stems spore Division, Cladosporium sp..Conclusion] The results provide theoretical basis for the control of peach black spot.
