浅谈高校图书馆学科馆员制度的建立与实施

学科馆员制度是高校图书馆为学科建设服务的一种全新的服务模式。本文探讨了学科馆员制度建设的必要性、学科馆员的职责；并结合国内高校图书馆学科馆员制度的建设大多不完善的现状，从完善管理系统、加强队伍建设、促进学科与图书馆相互发展等方面提出了建立和完善学科馆员制度的对策。

Analysis about the construction and implementation of subject librarian system in college libraries

Subject librarian system is a new service model for the construction of the disciplines in college library. The paper describes the necessity of setting up subject librarian system and the responsibility of subject librarian. In view of imperfect situation of subject librarian system, the paper also gives some advice to improve the management system, to strengthen the construction of special power and to promote the interactive development of the library.
