摘 要: | 在水稻自花授粉 1~ 3h后 ,利用其形成的花粉管通道 ,将提取的含有抗白叶枯病Xa2 1基因的水稻IRBB2 1的总DNA直接导入受体水稻豫粳 6号中 ,经白叶枯病菌接种鉴定 ,在D1代获得抗白叶枯病材料 3株。利用RAPD技术对该组合的受体、供体及转化后代进行分析 ,证明供体DNA片段已整合到受体基因中。

Rice germplasm with bacterial blight resistance obtained by introducing foreign total DNA |

Abstract: | Foreign DNA containing disease-resistance gene X21 from IRBB21 was introduced into recipient rice Yujing 6 directly through pollen tube during 1~3 hours after self-pollination.Three plants with disease-resistance were obtained in D1 generation through identifying 7 bacterial blight strains.Analysing the recipient,donor and offspring of the combination through RAPD,it was proved that fragments of donor DNA have gone into the geneome of the recipient and caused variation in the offsprings. |
