猪氟烷标记基因及基因型频率的品种间比较研究

摘    要:本研究采集了丹系长白猪55头、雅南猪51头和新荣昌猪50头,共156头猪的血样。测定了红细胞磷酸己糖异构酶(PHI)、6-磷酸葡萄糖酸脱氢酶(6PGD)和血浆后白蛋白-2(PO-2)三个氟烷标记基因位点的基因和基因型频率,分析了位点间的连锁不平衡性。结果表明:6PGD有AA、AB、BB三种表现型;PO2有FF、FS、SS三种表现型;PHI有AA、AB、BB三种表现型,但在雅南猪中仅有AA一种表现型。在基因频率差异上,丹系长白猪与雅南猪在PHI、6PGD、PO2三位点都达到了极显著水平(P<0.01);丹系长白猪与新荣昌猪在PHI、6PGD、PO2三位点都达到了显著水平(P<0.05);雅南猪与新荣昌猪在PHI、6PGD两位点上达到了极显著水平(P<0.01),在PO2位点上只达到了显著水平(P<0.05)。三个品种内的公猪与母猪间在PHI、6PGD、PO2三位点上的基因频率差异都不显著(P>0.05)。丹系长白猪与新荣昌猪在PHI与6PGD、PHI与PO2、6PGD与PO2以及雅南猪在PO2与6PGD位点间的连锁不平衡系数(D)都达到了极显著水平(P<0.01)。

Abstract:The porcine blood samples studied were collected from 55 Danish Landrace (DL) pigs 51Ya-Nan (YN) pigs and 50 Xin-Rong-Chang (XRC) pigs, altogether 156 samples. The red cell phosphohexose isomerase (PHI) and 6-phospho-gluconate dehydrogenase (6PGD) were typed. And the serum postalbumin-2 (PO2) was typed, too-The results showed: (1) 6PGD has AA, AB, BB three different types, PO2 with FF,FS, SS three different types, PHI with AA, AB, BB three different types, but there is only type AA of PHI in YN breed, (2) On the gene freguency, there is extremely significant difference between DL and YN breeds at PHI, 6PGD and PO2 loci (P<0. 01),Significant difference exists between DL and XRC breeds at PHI, 6PCD and PO2 loci (P<0. 05); Very signifieant difference showed between YN and XRC breeds at PHI and 6PGD loci (P<0. 01), but only significant diffetence at PO2 locus (P<0. 05); there is no difference between male and female at PHI, 6PGD and PO2 loci for the three breeds (P>0. 05). (3) there is very significant linkage disequilibrium for DY and XRC breeds between PHI-PO2, PHI-6PGD and PO2-6PGD loci (P<0. 01). Linkage disequilibrium also exists between PO2-6PGD loci in YN breed (P<0. 01).
