平邑甜茶子叶和下胚轴离体再生不定芽的研究

摘    要:为了建立高效的平邑甜茶离体再生体系,以平邑甜茶子叶和下胚轴为外植体,研究了不同外植体部位、暗培养时间、基本培养基、激素种类和浓度对不定芽再生的影响.结果表明,近轴端子叶的再生频率是远轴端子叶的3.1倍、下胚轴的3.7倍.在附加不同浓度的NAA、IBA与TDZ的SC培养基上,近轴端子叶的不定芽再生率达90%以上.在附加1...
