动物蛋白粉替代进口鱼粉饲喂仔猪的效果试验

摘    要:为进一步证实以动物皮革工业副产物为原料的动物蛋白粉替代进口鱼粉饲喂仔猪的可行性,选取60头杜长大三元杂交断奶仔猪,随机分为对照组和试验组(每组30头),分别进行为期40 d的饲养试验,探讨动物蛋白粉对断奶仔猪生长性能和血清生化指标的影响.结果表明,以动物蛋白粉等量替代仔猪日粮中的进口鱼粉(2.00%),对仔猪的平均日增重、饲料增重比均无不良影响;在血清生化指标方面,除了猪血清尿素氮(BUN)显著升高外(P<0.05),其他血清生化指标均无显著差异(P>0.05).可见,该动物蛋白粉饲料可在养猪生产中开发利用及推广.

Abstract:The present experiment was conducted to investigate the feasibility of substituting imported fish meal of the weaned piglets by animal protein powder derived from by-products of animal leather industry. Sixty 54-day-old Durocx LandracexYorkshire crossbred weaned piglets, having 12.71 kg average body weight, were selected and randomly divided into the control and treatment groups to raise for 40 days. Each group was replicated twice with 15 piglets in each. Treatment group was fed with diet including 2% animal protein powder while the import fish meal was given to the control piglets. The results did not showed any significant differences in daily increment of average weight and feed to weight increase ratio in piglets fed with animal protein powder and imported fish meal. The other serum biochemical parameters, viz., total protein, albumin and globin, etc. did not showed any significant differences between the two groups. However, the serum urea nitrogen in piglets fed with animal protein powder increased significantly. Therefore, the production of this kind of animal protein powder meal should be increased and used for pig production.
