| 摘 要： | 为筛选烟草根结线虫抗性种质资源,对116份晾晒烟种质资源进行了田间抗性鉴定。试验烟田内根结线虫经形态学鉴定为南方根结线虫(Meloidogyne incognita)、爪哇根结线虫(M.javanica)、花生根结线虫(M.arenaria)的混合种群,鉴定结果发现有6份材料在该混合种群下表现为高抗、20份材料表现为抗病、17份表现为中抗,其他材料均感病或抗性较差。

| Abstract: | Resistance of 116 air cured tobacco germplasm against root-knot nematode were evaluated in the field in Guizhou Province.Root-knot nematodes in the field were investigated and identified via morphological methods,including M.incognita,M.javanica and M.arenria.Among them,6 entries of tobacco germplasm were high resistant,20 were resistant,17 were moderate resistant,others were susceptible or low resistant. |
