摘    要:选取8种不同类型化学药剂,分别测定其对3种寄主品系葱地种蝇1龄、3龄幼虫的毒力,研究亚致死浓度处理条件下各药剂对个体生长发育和繁殖力影响,并选取不同剂量进行田间药效试验。结果表明:8种药剂均对葱地种蝇幼虫的发育历期、幼虫质量、蛹期、蛹质量、化蛹率、羽化率、产卵前期、成虫寿命、繁殖力有不利影响。田间药效试验表明,1.44 kg/hm2 毒死蜱、1.20 kg/hm2 噻虫胺、1.20 kg/hm2 噻虫嗪、1.20 kg/hm2 灭蝇胺对不同寄主品系葱地种蝇的药后7 d、14 d防治效果均在87.15%、90%以上,防治效果好,具有较高的推广应用价值。

Abstract:The toxicity of eight insecticides to 1st and 3rd instars of Delia antiqua among different host strains were detected by using quantitative addition and dipping method respectively.The effects of insecticides in LC30 concentration on larval development, larval mass, pupae mass, pupation rate, eclosion rate and fecundity of Delia antiqua were observed by treating 1st larva.The field control experiments of six insecticides with two concentrations were conducted to investigate the potential applicable insecticide.The results showed that all eight insecticides had obviously adverse effects on larval development, pupation rate, eclosion rate and fecundity of Delia antiqua among different host plant strains.The field control efficiency of 7 d and 14 d observation of chlorpyrifos (1.44 kg/hm2), clothianidin (1.20 kg/hm2), thiamethoxam(1.20 kg/hm2), cyromazine (1.20 kg/hm2) against larvae of Delia antiqua were reached more than 87.15% and 90%, respectively.Therefore, the results showed that these four insecticides can used for controlling Delia antiqua on different host plant fields and have application value.
