摘    要:经免疫亲和柱处理,结合高效液相色谱-荧光检测仪,测定23个不同来源的陈皮中的黄曲霉毒素B1、B2、G1、G2的含量,以评价陈皮的安全性。结果显示,黄曲霉毒素B1、B2、G1、G2的含量分别在0~6.20、0~3.34、0~54.80、0~20.13μg/kg之间。试验结果揭示了陈皮中药材的安全性对人体健康造成不同程度的影响,必要的安全评价对陈皮中药材的挑选和污染控制具有重要的指导作用。

Abstract:23 samples of Citrus reticulata Blanco were collected at various times from different regions.Aflatoxin B1,B2,G1 and G2 of C.reticulate was analysed using High-performance liquid chromatography-Fluorescence detector and immuno-affinity columns.The aim was to evaluate whether aflatoxin influenced the safety of C.reticulate.The results showed that the aflatoxin B1,B2,G1,and G2 of the samples analysed were between no identified to 6.20 μg/kg,3.34 μg/kg,54.80 μg/kg,20.13 μg/kg,respectively.This work provides indications that people’s health is affected by security of C.reticulate on different degree,and that essential safety evaluation is important for the choice of C.reticulate and it’s control pollution.
