摘    要:为了寻求一种最佳的蓝猪耳再生体系, 比较了叶片诱芽、诱愈及幼苗生根的几种培养基, 结果表明,1 /2MS+BA1mg/L+NAA0 1mg/L、MS+BA1mg/L+ 2 .4 D0 1mg/L和1 /2MS分别是诱芽、诱愈及生根的最佳培养基。不同外植体诱芽结果显示, 根、茎和叶片都可以诱导不定芽的产生, 但以叶片诱导的效率为最高。几种再生体系比较的结果表明, 蓝猪耳叶片诱芽的再生体系为最佳再生体系。

Abstract:In order to choose a best regeneration system, several medium used to induce shoot, callus and root were compared. The results showed that 1/2MS + BA 1 mg/L + NAA 0.1 mg/L, MS + BA 1 mg/L+ 2.4-D 0.1 mg/L and 1/2MS were the best media respectively. Shooting test carried out with different explants indicated that regeneration buds could be induced from roots, stem segments and leaves in suitable media and the leaf-explants were the most efficient. Comparative results among regeneration systems showed that the shooting regeneration system from leaf-explant was the best.
