| 摘 要： | 文章阐述了农业知识产权的内涵,总结了近3年天津农学院在知识产权方面取得的成效和采取的措施,并分析了知识产权工作存在的问题,针对问题提出了进一步加强知识产权工作的建议,如提高知识产权保护意识、建立系统的知识产权管理制度、加大资金扶持力度和加强植物新品种保护的研究等。

| Abstract: | The content of agricultural intellectual property rights was described in the paper.The results and measures of intellectual property rights in Tianjin Agricultural University in the past three years were summarized and problems were analyzed.Suggestions were put forward according to existed problems,such as improve the awareness for intellectual property rights protection,create the system of intellectual property management,increase financial support,and enhance the study of protection of new plant varieties. |
