| 摘 要： | 针对现有农业机械化水平评估方法的局限性和不确定性，本文在分析传统层次分析法标度方法不足的基础上，根据奖罚原则和合理性原则，构造了转化函数和调和系数，提出了一种新的标度方法，并把它应用到农业机械化水平综合评估中，取得了较为理想的结果。

| Abstract: | Aim at the localization quality and incertitude of agriculture mechanization and its application at present ,on the basis of analyzing the shortage of scale measure of current AHP ,and by the principle of reward and punishment and the principle of rationalization which has structured conversion function and conciliation coefficient , this article advanced a new scale measure which has been applied to the synthesis evaluation of agricultural mechanization ,achieving desirable results. |
