| 摘 要： | 通过分析常规造林规划设计在体现多学科交叉、多部门合作、农民意愿以及灵活性方面存在的不足,提出以系统方法论为基础,借用综合集成法、参与式林业规划法、复杂系统学习与适应法等,建立包括时间维、方法维、知识维的体现系统思想的造林工程规划设计与实施的三维结构图;以造林工程时间进程为主线,采用不同的方法,将各学科、各部门、各行业知识通过系统方法与造林工程进程结合起来,形成一个有机整体,从而提高造林质量和发挥系统整体功能。
